Delivery Policy

1. Domestic delivery

  a. Free delivery by the company to customers in Bangkok and the perimeter area. Duration: 1-2 working days.

2. International delivery


 

a. Please check customs regulations prior to making orders. The Company is not responsible for confiscation owing to destination countries’ laws. Delivery fee does not include customs tax (if any).

b. You can choose the form of aerial delivery. The service is now open for customers in 40 countries (as listed on the order page)

c. Delivery fee is according to the distance and weight. Please check the order page.

d. The weight of delivery fee is set in 500 grams (Max Weight Per Box). Please check the order page.


3. Agreements
Delivery will be made after payment only.

4. Duration
Duration = product preparation + delivery duration.

Standard shipping [ Guaranteed delivery - International registered airmail parcel ]

 We always endeavor to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally,

US & Canada : orders can be expected to arrive within 7 - 12 days (Metropolitan areas).
( ** for Non-metropolitan areas, delivery time is approximately 12-20 days )

Europe and Oceania : orders can be expected to arrive within 7 - 12 days.

Asia : orders can be expected to arrive within 5 - 10 days.

** Some backorder and hard to find items--may require 3-4 days more.
*** All orders are with shipping guarantee of 30 Days. We will resend the package once if customers fail to receive the order within 30 days.

 DHL, FedEx / EMS express : Express orders can be expected to arrive within 4-5 business days ( world wide )

Undeliverable shipment

Usually the parcel will be shipped back to our office if it cannot be delivered. We will contact you via provided email and resend the parcel only once without any charge.

Return Policy

The Company would be happy to send you a replacement the
damaged product under these conditions.

1.
The product requesting replacement must be damaged during production.
    The request must be done within 7 days after receiving the product.
2. The Company reserves the right to refuse replacement.
    Please contact our Customer Service first.
3. The Company is not responsible for damage, loss or confiscation during delivery.
4. Please keep the product in cool and dry place.

How do I place an order?

        Simply browse our site or use our search engine to locate the product you wish to purchase, then:

  1. Add the item(s) you wish to order to the shopping cart by clicking the "ADD TO BASKET" graphic link on basket button.
  2. To order more than one quantity of the same item, enter the new quantity, then click the "ADD TO BASKET" graphic link on basket button.
  3. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to add more items.
  4. When your shopping is complete, click the "CHECKOUT" button.
  5. Clicking on "Secure check out"
  6. Clicking on "accept the terms and conditions"
  7. For the first-time customers, fill out the shipping information. Once finished, click the "NEXT" button to go to the next step.
  8. Select your payment method, either by credit card payment (secure server) or by Paypal** . Fill out all necessary information.
    If you have Paypal account, you can clicking on "log In"
    Don't have a Paypal account and need to pay by Credit card Clicking on "Continue Botton"

    Jeedjard Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Paypal. Payment is 100% real-time with takes 1-2 minutes for transaction approval.
    Online credit card is taken place at PayPal, easy and safe way to pay. For security reason, we do not store your credit card information
